Mason Santiago Obituary, Death: Mason Santiago, Saint Xavier University Sophomore died in accident on I-80, Tinley Park

Mason Santiago of New Lenox, Illinois, regrettably passed away in an Interstate 80 accident. Mason passed away early on Sunday morning as a result of an accident on Interstate 80 in the south suburbs. The accident claimed the lives of two people. Just before 4:30 a.m., there was an accident on I-80 westbound in Tinley Park, between La Grange Road and Harlem Avenue.

The victims died from their injuries received in the collision and were declared dead. This is a current, active investigation. The inquiry is still on. We send our condolences and prayers to the deceased’s family during this trying time.
