Lillian was born on November 15, 1951, and spent more than 30 years as an elementary school teacher in the Pennridge School District, where she shaped the lives of many pupils. Everyone she came into contact with was profoundly impacted by her kindness, nurturing nature, and enthusiasm for education.

Lillian was born and raised in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, and graduated from Temple University with a teaching degree. She started her teaching career at the Pennridge School District, working with pupils spanning several generations. Lillian was more than simply a teacher; she was a mentor and a friend to both her pupils and coworkers. She was well-known for her innovative teaching strategies, patience, and the individual attention she offered each child. She had a unique talent for inspiring kids to follow their aspirations, instilling a love of reading, and making learning enjoyable.

She loved learning things outside of the classroom. Lillian actively participated in a number of district committees and was a constant voice for improved student opportunities. As a fervent supporter of the value of community involvement, she regularly volunteered at school functions, fostering a closer relationship between Pennridge families and teachers.

Lillian was a loving wife, mother, and grandma in addition to her profession. She married Thomas Strzelski, and they had a great 48 years together. The pride and happiness of her life, Mark and Sarah, were the two children they nurtured together. As a grandmother, Lillian gave her grandchildren love, support, and happiness all the time. Whether she was baking, gardening, or at her grandchildren’s school functions, she loved being with her family.

Thomas Strzelski of Perkasie, Lillian’s spouse; Mark Strzelski (Jennifer) of Doylestown; Sarah Peters (Ethan) of Chalfont; their grandchildren, Emma, Ava, and Noah; Margaret Wilson of Philadelphia, Lillian’s sister; and other nieces, nephews, and close friends are all living.
