Amarillo Man – Jose David Olmos, Kills Wife, Two Kids and Himself in Tragic Murder-Suicide

Jose David Olmos, 42, murdered his 32-year-old wife Jessica Rose Olmos and their two children, Daniel and Jazele.

Around 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, Amarillo police were sent to a residence in the 3600 block of NE 14th in response to a family member’s 911 call.

The APD Homicide Unit was summoned when the arriving officers discovered two dead adults and two dead children. They then began an investigation.

According to the inquiry, Jose David Olmos died from a gunshot wound he had self-inflicted, while Jessica and her children perished from multiple gunshot wounds.
